How It Works

Truth Anchor Record (TAR)

When IP or RWA evidence is submitted, Unykorn creates an immutable anchor:

• Evidence hash (filing docs, certificates, custody proofs)
• Claimant identity
• Timestamp + block height
• Jurisdiction metadata
• IPFS reference

⚠️ This anchor can never be altered or replaced.

2️⃣

TEV Attestation

TEV verifies structural integrity, not legal approval:

• Evidence bundle integrity
• Identity signatures
• Structural completeness
• No conflicting prior claims on Unykorn

TEV attests: "This evidence existed at this time and was asserted by this identity."

3️⃣

Append-Only Addendums

Real assets evolve. Unykorn supports:

• Trademark renewals
• Patent office actions
• Assignments / transfers
• Licensing agreements
• Liens / encumbrances
• Releases / satisfactions

Each addendum links to the original TAR, cannot overwrite history, and creates an auditable timeline.
